1. Can I order from other websites like eBay or Walmart?

No, this site only works with items found on Amazon.com. If you cannot find your item on Amazon, please contact our company at +001 856 236 6043 (WhatsApp) or tgola@4crewtexas.com for ordering assistance.


2. What are your fees and what do they include?

We have set fees based on the Amazon price of the item. All items under $100 have a $18 fee for our services. All items over $100 have a 18% fee. Please note, our fees are PER ITEM. Our fees include order processing, safe storage of your item, sales tax, and delivery to your ship. Our fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Examples:

  • An item on Amazon costs $40. Our fee would be $18 so the total cost would be $58.
  • An item on Amazon costs $300. Our fee would be 18% ($54) so the total cost would be $354.

3. Do you charge additional fees for items of excessive size/weight?

Yes – extra fees will be added for items that are considered oversize or overweight. If your item is larger than a carry-on luggage a $25 oversize fee will apply. If your item is over 20 pounds, an additional fee will be assessed based on the weight. For example, a 50 pound item will incur a $50 fee. A 100 pound item will incur a $100 fee. We will contact you via email and WhatsApp (if provided) to let you know of the additional fee and reconfirm your order.


4. What if my item will not arrive in time?

When we go to complete your order, if we see that an item’s delivery date will not be in time for your ship’s arrival we will not be able to place the order. We will contact you via email and WhatsApp (if provided) to let you know the item was cancelled due to not being available in time.


5. How and when do I pay for my items?

We accept cash or credit card payments. All payments are due in full upon delivery of the item.


6. What is your refund and return policy?
